FISHERMEN . . . you don’t want to miss this one!
Anglers…….how about another exciting day of fishing and a
chance to put some extra cash in your pocket during the 2008 Sturgeon Bay Open
Bass Tournament!!!!! Starting at 6:30 a.m. on Friday May 16th, we will be
serving coffee and donuts under the tent before the Pro Am Mandatory Meeting
that starts at 7:00 a.m. The Pro-Am is a unique way you can join us in thanking
our local tournament sponsors for their continued support each year in helping
us make this tournament a huge success. AND best of all --- there is no
additional cost to you all we ask is that you pre-register for the pro-am and
attend the mandatory meeting under the tent where you will be paired up with
your amateur for the day.
You don’t have to be off the water until 3:00 p.m. The tournament runs
from 7am to 3pm (note: you must be signed up PRIOR to the 7am start to
qualify for prizes). The payout for the Pro- Am as
indicated below:

participating in the Pro-Am will also have the opportunity to purchase raffle
tickets until 4:00 p.m. for some awesome prizes including a trolling motor, more
St Croix rods, life jackets, bait packets, plus much more. This is for the Pro
Am raffle ticket holders only. The drawing will be at 5:00pm Friday, and will be
posted behind the clothing table to be claimed all weekend.
